Dominic began his journey in the hair industry at the age of 15. Amassing a wealth of knowledge for the craft of barbering from such an early age led him to teach at Londons leading barbering academy in his birth place London. 

Dominic founded StLeonard with a strong vision to create a welcoming neighborhood barbershop, providing the best client experience possible.

Karolina began her career in her home of Poland. Quickly excelling and with a hunger to develop her skills further she took a position at one of the most prestigious barbershops in the city of London.

Karolina has an outstanding technical ability balanced with a gentle nature that brings a calming energy to the shop.

Sean is originally from the USA and specializes in all hair textures. After working in various industries, Sean found his true calling in barbering, where he blends his artistic talents with a passion for helping others feel confident. Known for his warm conversation and infectious laughter, Sean creates a welcoming atmosphere for every client.

Toms no stranger to the salon, having grown up watching his mum working as a hairdresser. After laying concrete in Australia and driving heavy goods vehicles he found his way back to his original passion. Tom resonates creativity, wether it's through his love for music or bringing a clients vision for a new style to life.

Hailing from Ireland, Ryan first cultivated his passion for connecting with people in the gastronomy world before discovering his true calling in barbering. When he is not behind the chair delivering top-tier service, you'll find him perfecting flat whites at the coffee machine - he is our Barberista.
